1. Who We Are

Your privacy is important to us. It is AdScribe Ltd’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any personal information we may collect from you across our website, www.adscribe.co, and other sites we own and operate ("Websites"). This privacy policy ("Policy") sets out the types of personal data we collect and use when you access and visit our Websites and how we may use that data.


2. What Personal Data We Collect and Why We Collect It

2.4. We collect personal data on our own behalf and are provided with data by our customers. Data provided by our customers is processed according to the Data Processing Agreement found here.


2.5. The personal data we collect may include:

  • Contact Data: Email address, billing address, and mobile phone number.

  • Transaction Data: Payment details and services purchased (if you are a sole trader).

  • Technical Data: IP address, login data, browser type, and version.

  • Profile Data: Username, password, interests, preferences, feedback, and survey responses.

  • Usage Data: How you use the Websites.

  • Marketing and Communications Data: Marketing preferences.


2.6. We do not collect special categories of personal data (e.g., race, religious beliefs, sexual orientation).

  • Wix (ISRAEL) – Website hosting and inbound emails.

  • Google (USA) – Email and reporting.

  • Stripe (USA) – Billing and payment processing.


2.16. We do not process data outside the UK and EU.


2.17. Our Websites may link to external sites that are not under our control. Please review their privacy policies before sharing any personal data.


2.18. You may refuse the processing of your data, understanding that it may limit the services we can provide.
